  1. Introduction is a site operated by Iluka London Limited. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 10346810 with our registered office at Park Mill Farm, Shillinglee, Chiddingfold, Surrey, GU8 4SY.



Payment on the website is through Paypal. PayPal supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express.  You do not need to have a Paypal account set up to use Paypal. We can also accept a bank transfer. This can be done by selecting the bank transfer option at check out. The order will be placed and then please make the bank transfer using the payment details provided. Please remember to use your order number as a payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.



Prices shown on the website exclude VAT. We are not currently Vat registered. However, we reserve the right to add VAT if we become VAT registered. If this occurs you will be given the chance to cancel your order prior to being charged for the order. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.



Whilst every effort has been made to portray the true colours and textures of our products, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are to the nearest 3mm.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have canceled the contract.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods:

  • for the supply of goods the price of which is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the retailer.
  • for the supply of bespoke goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice to you.
