UK, EU and rest of world delivery

All delivery costs and time estimations are calculated at checkout in the shipping calculator based on the size, weight, number of items in your basket and destination of delivery.

Items marked as ‘in stock’ will be dispatched within 1 – 2 working days from orders.  For all other orders, please refer to the product page for the estimated lead time, which can be anything from 1 to 4 weeks.  Please contact us on +44 (0)203 384 9633 if your order is urgent and we will always try to accommodate a quicker dispatch where possible.

We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force for all deliveries. For security reasons all our deliveries are fully trackable and always require a signature on delivery.  Parcelforce will contact you with a delivery time slot in advance of the delivery.  For UK and EU deliveries, please enter your mobile number during checkout if you would like to receive this information by SMS and have the ability to alter your delivery time slot to suit you.



We offer international shipping, however, Iluka London are not liable for any customs charges made in the recipients countries. The customer is completely responsible for these charges.


UK and EU Returns & Refunds

Whilst we hope you are very happy with your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with any of the items, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of goods for a full refund or exchange.

Please follow the below steps:

  1. Please contact us at info@ilukalondon.comor call us on +44 (0) 203 384 9633 to notice us of the intended cancellation, within the 14 days of receipt or if you have not yet received your order, within 14 days of your order confirmation.
  2. If you have already received your order, you must then return the goods to us in the same condition in which you received them, with all of the original packaging, at your own cost and risk.
  3. We highly recommend that you use a courier that offers a signed for shipment tracking services and that you insure the Product for its full value while in transit. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the Product during transit and until it reaches our premises.
  4. Items should be returned to: Park Mill Farm, Shillinglee, Chiddingfold, Surrey, GU8 4SY, United Kingdom.
  5. Please inform us once you have arranged the return courier.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from receipt of the goods by the same payment method that you originally used. We will also refund any ‘standard’ non expedited shipping charges you received when making your purchase. Please note refunds will only be given on items returned in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.  We cannot accept returns and provide refunds if a fault arises from your miss-handling of the product or from wilful or accidental damage, negligence by you or a third party, including the courier you chose to use to return the item with. Please note that we are not able to accept returns on bespoke & personalised items.  These can only be returned if they are faulty on receipt.
